This is one of the more expensive HID conversion kits on the market from HIDS4U.co.uk. Specifically built for newer cars (2002 onwards) it will not show fault codes on the dashboards unlike other cheap conversion kits.

The kit includes the following:

• 2 x Ballasts
• 2 x HID bulbs
• 2 x Starters
• 4 x Sticky pads
• 8 x Cable ties
• All connection cables
• Instructions manual

With very little room under the bonnet of our test car, it took a little over an hour to fit the HID Conversion kit. This kit was very simple to fit, with cables being very easy to connect and even the most inexperienced of modifiers can fit these themselves.

The bulbs when first turned on have a hint of blue however when warmed up the bulbs shine a brilliant white. The images above demonstrate exactly how much difference there is between one example of the best halogen bulbs available against HIDS4Us Ultimate HIDs.

The Halogen bulbs are Philips Xtreme Power +80s which cost £32 a pair, HIDS4Us Ultimate kit costs £250 for both bulbs (however they do more affordable kits too). The Ultimate Xenon HID kit costs only a fraction of what it would cost to buy factory fit Xenons.

HIDS4U also do a range of LED W5W sidelights to complement their HID kits. We used the 1W LEDs which are a perfect match with the HIDs. Again, the pictures show the high standard of bulbs from HIDS4U and also highlight the effort end expertise put into carefully choosing a matching colour.

Overall we are delighted with the Xenon Conversion Kit from HIDS4U.co.uk. Not only is it possible to save money from factory fit Xenons, it alson gives cars without xenons an option to fit them.

After driving and testing this kit, we found out that the kit definitely increases visibility making it safer to drive in the dark. We also noticed that there is very little or no glare to other road users whic is unlike other cheap import HID kits.

An amazing product from HIDS4U, well worth the money and a definite must for any car without xenon bulbs.
